plenty of people running more power than that on the stock box, obviously depend on how harsh you are on the box to though, i.e flat changing etc etc

Apparently the VZ SS version of the T56 is rated to 522Nm.

@Andy, the Holden manual specifies the T56 as "fill for life" too.

but @TrikkBen, sealed for life is crap. I'm changing mine every 25,000kms. This is what mine looked like at 80,000kms.

Sticking a Chev badge on any Commodore is like putting a Nissan badge on a VL

EOI....VE SS 18" wheels x4 with 5000k's on new tread, 2 of have very minimal gutter rash (previous owner) otherwise like new send me a pm if interested.

Even more alarming about that is the 4spd auto isn't even supposed to be sealed for life in the first place!

Been a while since I had an auto serviced, but I'd expect to pay around the $150-200 mark for a oil flush + change and filter.

I had mine done via ultratune as i couldn't be bothered to do it myself........... seems ok. gotta be careful tho with these, if u overfill a bit or underfill you can get weird shifts happening........
