rear seat

hi, i was pulling my rear left seat forward to feed a wire through the firewall, n it completely came off and i am finding it hard to push it back into place. does anyone hve a solution

haven't had a vy apart but if they are anything like the earlier cars it should just slide back on... lift it up, push hard and down at the same time and it will pop back on... thats if its the same as the earlyier ones.. maybe wait till someone rectifies what i just said...

ill give it a shot again in the morning. whenever i lift it up it feels like it needs 2 people to lift it up when i look at it, coz like the bracket thing doesnt go up enough

you will have to remove the bottom seat. (two clips each side, pull them up and out)

then theres a 13mm bolt holding the bottom of the back rest in. (unbolt it)

you should then see the "hooks" on the back when it falls off. Just hook it back on then put it all back together
