hey guys,
Considering changing diff gears to get the car off the line a little quicke, was told 3.7:1 would be a good ratio.
What have you got in and what has been proven?
What Should i be paying for this?
any more relevent info would be great!

I recently bought Andyman's 3.08:1 diff outta his VZ wagon but im yet to install the diff.
I orginally heard that 3.46:1 where consider the best for a SV6. I did abit of research between the two & found that the difference was 7% for 3.08 & 22% for 3.46 from the stock diff 2.87.
So ill settled on the 3.08.

Ive been looking into getting diff gears for my Manual SV6 as well.
I was sorta heading in the 3.7s direction. But heard its a big jump from the stock 2.87 so just wondering what the revs and gonna be like and an insanly short first gear?
so might go for the 3.45s
Would be good to people with manual SV6s and what they have found is best
powertorque in brisbane said they would put 3.9:1 in my car? has anyone go these?

wow 1st would be short with 3.9's
Chuck Norris destroyed the periodic table, because he only recognizes the element of surprise
do you think 3.7s or 345s?
3.46 ratio would be the best for a SV6, anything more & 1st would be too short.
You might as well start in second.
Like i said earlier you have to take into account, what the difference is between the stock ratio & the one you wish to install.
