VZ Ute Questions

Hey guys,
Just thought I'd ask a couple of questions that have been on my mind for a while:

1. Foggies for the VZ ss kit. I have been looking at different lights and basically all of them are different sizes, yet they all say that they fit the VZ. So I was hoping that someone would be able to tell me the right size?

2. Is the VZ ute tailgate badge pinned in or just glued? I want to remove it but dont want the hole.

The only ones that fit the vz are the vz ss and sv6 lights (not sure about the calais lights) from the vz. The vy lights have different mounting brackets. The badge is pinned and double sided taped

Your best bet with the foggies is to spend a bit of extra money and buy genuine. You might pay a bit more but atleast they will bolt straight in without any modification at all.

Yes, the tail gate badge has pins . Only reason I didn't take mine off was because of this.

As far as I am aware, Calais foggies are the same as SS.

I would buy the genuine ones but I can't really justify spending the money, they are like 100 more than after market ones

Different ones meaning lots of different brands that make lights to suit the VZ SS kit, but for some reason lots of them are different sizes

I'm not too sure on the size, sorry. Keep checking eBay.. they do pop up occasionally. I picked mine up for about 120 bucks a set.

Good plan. I was going to get a panel beater to do that for me but they wanted about 200 bucks for it.
