Gearbox/CLutch Questions - SV6

Hi, few questions:
1. sometimes in gear 3 when i go to change down/up, it wont go into gear, takes a bit of forcing and i am making sure that the clutch is all the way in..what would stop this?I ehar promar gearbox oil is one of the best things to try?Any other suggestions?

2. Does everyone with an sv6 manual have a noisy/clunky gearbox even when the car is not on and you just play with it through the gears?Mine seems really nosiy?

3. I'm on 75000kms and think that my clutch may need replacing soon?What is the best type of clutch and how much money am I looking at?

is ther pedal height high off the ground when the clutch starts disengauging? does it slip when you give it stick?
