Default [wagon] rear windscreen washer leaking

just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, my rear windscreen washer on my wagon just always dribbles a line of water down the back and it just looks chat especially when my car is clean. Just wondering what i should do to stop it without losing the abilty to wash my rear windscreen(e.g. just putting blutak on it or similar ideas)
    any help appreciated.

Does it leak all the time or only after you have used it?
