    Default SV6 Radient Exhaust

Hey guys, im thinking in the next few days im gonna go to radient in vic to see how much for an exhaust, i got a previous cars exhaust done by them and was very happy with the results.

im thinking ill ask for a twin 2.25 system with a 3inch single rear? should i straight pipe the rear or get a 3inch hotdog (do they exsist?)

Just some suggestions, will put a video as well.

    Thanks!

You have it pretty well covered, twin 2.25 into single 3, with a hotdog/resonator.

Twin 2 1/4" into a single 3" is probably the best exhaust for the SV6, the alloytecs will never sound as deep as the ecotecs. The system I do over here is pretty quiet as it has two mufflers on the front and a single 3" resi on the rear. I put hotdogs on the front of one and left the resi on the rear and it is louder but really high pitched at high revs. Goes really well though, it's up around 220rwhp.

how would it sound with the 2 rear mufflers and instead of the rear resi put in a hotdog? would it sound louder?

    on a manual?

and what would be the best way to get a louder system with a setup like the one you can get? or a similar one from an exhaust shop?

I would use two hot dogs in the front instead of the mufflers and fit an X pipe in front of them. That will smooth the note out and shouldn't be too high pitched.
