just wondering what different heights different springs make ur car sit in comparison to the original height

It depends on what brand and what type of spring you go for. I fitted Pedders Low Springs to my VZ SS and it dropped it about 1-2" from the original FE2 suspension height.

Springs alter the height. If you wish for it (being the car) to go up or down from where it is now, change the springs.
