Bubbling Noise

I have noticed a couple of times when the missus has arrived home that there is a bubbling noise near the left front of the engine, near the coolant dipper. I ran the usual checks of coolant levels and checked engine temps on the guages, but nothing different located. I pulled the coolant dip stick out and the water was cool, so I really don't know whats going on.

Any ideas?

Mine does the same thing. Its just the coolant which can get to over 100 deg while driving.

Thanks. Yeah it just seems pretty loud and makes me think there's something wrong everytime I hear it. As long as its not cooking the engine I'm happy.....
