hey all,
Just wondering with the VZ blaupunkt standard stereo, can you turn off the speed dependent volume? If so, how?
thanks!
You surely can, hit MODE when starting up the car, and it's one of the options.

Theres bugger any increase in noise from idleing to cruising on 100 in my VZ, so don;t see the point of it really. I was stoked after actuallly reading the manualy and realising it could be turned off.
also the stereo will only go so loud and depending on what kind of music you listen to its because of the distortion..you can also turn the distortion protector off in the menu as u turn the key to reds, you dont actually have to start the car.
Sticking a Chev badge on any Commodore is like putting a Nissan badge on a VL
