Qoutes for DBA Slotted Rotors

chasing around for a set of slotted rotors for my VZ SV6 today was qouted 3 VERY different prices.
Supercheap store 1 - $290
Supercheap store 2 - $123
Autobarn - $176
Repco - $166

i got dba stnd. rotors for a vr... paid $147 for the front.... dont know bout in brisbane but in adelaide autobarn are having a sale on slotted rotors

i just brought abs brand at $75each, but i think they just put there prices up (perth/ vx v6)

What DBA series are you thinking of buying?

i got DBA's from supercheap. Part number is DBA 040S, paid $123 per set.
Because they are slotted they are sold as left side and right side, so part number has L or R on the end of it.

$260 for a set of front and rear dba slotted cross drilled with new pads too from ebay

sort of on the topic here, i need new rotors and thought i'd upgrade to slotted rotors, are there any brands to stay away from? anyone herd of a brand Competition Components? are they good rotors?

I'd stick to well known brands (RDA/DBA), they are brakes after all, one of the most important items on your car. So get the best you can....

hmm when i got my front rda slotted's and heavy duty organic pads, i think it was like $200

and as such, they have to meet standards to be sold in Australia.

I have the 504 Gold Slotted on my BA and cant fault them.
Just dont bother with their pads - they are crap.

i work at sca and dba slotted rotors are 120 as far as i remember haha... the slotted and x drilled ones are 170

i got dba gold 4000 series slotted and cross drilled from bursons go straight to them, they are the supplier to supercheap, peps, repco . i got front and back discs with bendix ultimate pads front and back for $800 which is not bad...

i'm looking at these rotors Two Brothers Performance Parts Ltd does anyone know if they are any good? i havn't been to repco or supercheap and priced rotors up yet
