    Default Coolant change

Im wanting to change the coolant in my car, I have bought the 5 litres of coolant from Holden, now im just trying to work out where the drain plug is?
Secondly, when I fill the coolant up do I put the 5 litres in then the rest water?
And does the system then need to be bled?
Better still if anyone has the official manual could they upload that section of the book into here?
    Thanks!

When changing cooalnt make sure of the folowing: (1) ensure that coolant to be used complies with Holden's specifications (to do otherwise may result in eventual damage to your engine block etc). (2) make sure that you use only Demineralised water or Distilled water. Tap water may have too many additivies and minerals which could be destructive to your engine components.
Most cooalnts will have specific instructions as to what ratio to mix it. For example it may be 5 litres of coolant to 5 litres of water. You have to check your Owners Handbook, it will give you the correct quantity for your cooling system.
I always drain my cooling system as best I can then flush with rainwater to a final fill with just rainwater. Run the engine for 15 - 20 minutes, drain water and once engine is cool enough add coolant then the required amount of water. If you go to a Radiator Specialist, they have a very neat piece of equipment that they hook up to your cooling system and it purges the old coolant etc.

Can anybody tell me why the Holden
    service specifically mentions not to
    use anti-seize when changing the
    plugs?
    Affect torquing or O2 sensors?

No mention of block drain plugs in coolant
    replacement? Superfluous?
    I'm not afraid.
