Unhappy VZ overheating problem, possible faulty O2 sensor?

    Hi,
Last night was driving home from a mates place and noticed that the car was getting hot, it actually went up into the red and gave me an engine to hot warning from electronic dash display, so I stopped let it cool for five minutes, then when I restarted the car it was sitting on just above the 3rd bar below the half way mark, so I started driving, then it went all the way down to the second bar above cool? dont know what the hell is going on there. I have done a little bit of research, could it be a faulty 02 sensor, just recently I have replaced a faulty coil pack. I dont know much about cars, could this be something that I have done? And if it is the 02 sensor how do I replaice it? Man this has not been a good month for this car lol

If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated,

Go to a radiator specialist. have them check the flow rate and pressure. You could have a blocked (dirty) radiator, faulty thermostat, or even a faulty temp gauge. B.T.W. have you checked the COOLANT level ?? (when engine is cold)
