Default L98 conversion on an Exec

I got a friend that is buying a L98 for his VZ exec V6. I'm not sure what comes with it, but i think it is engine, box, loom, ecu, k frame, and any other mounts. will he need anything else in order to do the conversion, such as dash clusters, sensors, or any other electronics parts?

any idea if the dash cluster itself is needed? also, about the tailshaft. since its coming out of a v8 manual ute, and going into a v6 sedan with an auto, what needs to be changed? will only the front half of the tailshaft need to be changed to suit the sedan with the manual in it?

being a 4sp v6 sedan, you will need a new tailshaft, you cant split the 4sp tailshaft as they are a press fit unit,

so yes you will need the tailshaft to suit the v8 gearbox you have
