Steering knock noise

Hi guys,

Over the last couple of days I have noticed a bit of a knock noise when doing sharp turns (carpark driving). I tried recreating the problem yesterday afternoon and this morning but couldn't get it to do it, seems like the problem has disappeared. Bit of a worry as I'm going on a big trip in two weeks. Any ideas as to what it could be? Tie rod ends maybe? or was it maybe something like a stone being stuck somewhere it shouldn't have been and eventually being dislodged?

Sway bar link rod ball joints?
Cheap to replace.

See if it only does it going up a driveway at a angle..... I have 19's and mine makes a sound at full lock going up/down my driveway...... It's probably nothing as I've had all my suspension checked out etc .... so who knows.

For the life of me I can't get it to do it again. I have the car booked into Holden on Monday. If it doesn't do it again, I think I'll cancel the booking until it does it again.

Never trust pedders they miss vital shit . like the locking collet of the front strut that locks the insert in, i explained the problem they said there isnothing wrong with it

Nah its just out of warranty but Holden is right near my work so its a matter of convenience plus they have always done a satisfactory job at fixing issues for me before. If it doesn't do it again I'll ring up and cancel on Monday.
