VZ front hub assembly

Hey all, new to posting here, need some help identifying a problem with the front wheels.

After hitting a kerb quite hard, avoiding an accident, punctured one of my tyres (35 profile) replaced it with the spare tyre. Now whenever i'm over 60km/h i get this light vibration from what feels like the front right (where the tyre was punctured). from my knowledge of cars, im not sure whether its a suspension issue or hub assembly problem or just having the spare on? Any help greatly appreciated!

If you hit the kerb hard enough to damage your tyre then you may have bent something which at the least may only require a wheel alighnment or you may need to get damaged/bent parts replaced
