Rear electric window switch

Hey ive got a VZ exec which ive put rear electric windows into, the windows go up and down fine when I use the centre console switches, but the rear left switch goes down fine but some times has trouble raising the window. What could be causing this?

First I would try swapping the left for the
right switch.
This should at least eliminate the switches
if the problem still persists.

Yeah I did try doing that the second switch plays up even more than the original one that I had in there.
