    Default sv6 headers

ive been looking at headers for my sv6 and pacemaker and other brands of headers have the long headers and my sv6 has the short ones and 4 cats.

im wondering what people have done about this problem. i dont want to use the long ones and go down to 2 cats as this would make the car illegal and defects suck.

ive also emailed exhaust places to no avail

    thanks in advance

You don't have 4 cats. The two under the car are actually resonators. Two options, cut the original cats out and refit them under the car, which creates clearance issues as they are pretty big, or fit aftermarket cats. You can get bolt on items with the extractors or use universal cats and cut and weld the engine pipes.

Lol they aren't cat's, I've heard them called pre-cats, but they definitely aren't real Catalytic Converter's.

The two that are up near the manifold are cats, the two that are under the car are resonators. You have 4 O2 sensors, but you only have two cats. They look like cats but there is a fluted pipe that runs through them with a Helm Holtz tuning pipe inside them. They are there to take out the crappy raspyness of the exhaust note.
