Help with mcai mod

Just got the 3 pieces from holden to do the MCAI to my VZ SS. Am having fun just interlocking the monaro shroud to my VZ box in that for the right hand screw section on the box has to sit in a little contour in the monaro shroud to fit flush. When you do this the shroud is not sitting straight up, but is on about a 30 degree angle. How do you do this?

Also what size hole for the second hole. Some people have done 90mm, but there is no way i am going to get that as if you outline around a 90mm pvc pipe, you hit things everywhere, no matter how i try to line it up.

Do you need to seal that top intake section in the radiator shroud, where the snorkel used to attach, and if so, what did people use.

I've seen that one. Still cant tell from the pictures if the shroud is supposed to sit up vertically with the airbox, or be slanted to the right, which it seems to go when it fits in the slot that is there. That allows the first hole to be flush with the airbox base.????

Yeah the first holes have to be flush. You may have to give it a trim.

It really only fits one way mate. Look at step 3 further onwards thats how it fits
