VZ ss need help!

First thing i ent to race my car and as i was going to do a brake job the wheels didnt spin and it just shuddered wat is it and how do i stop it?
Second thing i wanna convert it to manual but my mate said it cant be done because the motor it programmed to auto, is that true?
If it is possible wat do i need to do the swap over?

Wouldnt you just change the gear box, the tail shaft, the centre console, the ECU and thats about it?

autos have torque managment which stops the wheels spining when on the brake
a tune will fix this
or if you want to change to manual
you have to get a manual tune flashed in to your PCM
you will need the box,wiring harness,pedal
tail shaft is the same

Theres not a whole lot need changing, i had a vy s pac before i had my vz and i converted that from auto to manual.

I got a new ecotec engine and new trans changed the ecu and had to buy the new foot pedals and some additional parts, that cost me about 3900 + additional.
you can find decent engines for ls2's on ebay and trans to maybe 5500 but you would have to find the pedals and looms also.
