vz sedan fuel pump replacement help

hello newbie here and thanks for any help in advance how do i replace fuel pump in vz sedan have new pump and am reasonably mech savvy so not afraid to ask and do job just i never owned commodore before need advice

below is a report from holden dealer i purchased car from
according to the holden dealer purchased from they checked fuel and founfd the vehicle will not hold pressure when engine is stopped and the pump takes a long time to get fuel pressure when engine is cranked.
this is caused by oneway valve in fuel pump being faulty
