Default Difference Between Exec 175kw and SV6 190kw?

    G'day guys.
I am looking at upgrading to a VZ Exec, and i'm wondering what the sv6 has to boost the power to 190 kw over the 175 kw?
Also, what sort of k's do the alloytec's get to without problems?

    Thanks.

Althought i personally dont like the SV6......... looking at the tune I would recommend a SV6. It's more torquey over an exec, and gears are gears........ 5 is better then 4 at the end of the day.

    1. Crappy Gearbox. 2. Crappy Gearbox.

--- Cant handle alot of torque, cant be tuned.... The 4 banger is alot stronger then the 5 speed and can be tweaked up.

Just because it cant be tuned, it makes it crappy!!

    5-speed? Rubbish
Go the 6-speed Manual. Rip-shifter and shortened! Best drive I've ever had!

6SPD manual FTW, Much like bec, i'm not exactly gentle with mine alot of the time, but considering it's done 186,xxx k's, and still feels solid and direct, must be saying something....

Plus, no torque converter power loss, just direct drive makes the drive so much more fun

Got my short shifter and gear knob done through JHP at Blackburn. They're an American based company, got mine done Jan of 08. The transmission is so so so much smoother and goes through the gears more precise. It really does become a pleasure to drive.
I struggled when I jumped into a SV6 with a standard manual box, you can really tell the difference in shift speed and performance.

Check out my album to see what it looks like.
