vz sv6 pim/ecm relink

hi all has any one had any trouble when performing an ecu replacement the pim and ecu wont re link tryed to link with tech 2 and ultrascan it all goes through good but ecu logs dtc p0633 and engine wont crank/start have followed flow chart for this code and tell me to do the relink again any help would be good

p0633 - immobiliser key not programmed?....

perhaps disconnect the battery.. 45 mins later, reconnect..... wait 30 mins then try a relink?....

dunno tech 2 should be able to do it....... just sounds like ur key hasn't updated with the latest code yet. my suggestion would be to disable the dtc and see if the car starts.

disable all the immobiliser gear for a test......... if it starts it should mean the computers all talk to each other.......

have tried the disconect battery and reconect but did not wait for the 30mins have tryed re-linking many times as the flow chart sugests dont no if there is somthing wrong with tech 2 as i have had engine running with orig ecu

have you programmed a new key head to suit the bcm?
