i got 05 executive i have a hurricane exhuast from cats... want to get it louder and deeper, pushes out 95dm about 3500rpm though want it louder on idle and all round.. talked to a guy at the exhuast place he talked about talking some box out aparently increases another 3-5dp that taking it out make it louder!! drove past a vt commodore felt like its was shaking will that help anyone got any other idea??

The problem with the alloytec is that when you take out a resonator or muffler it makes it louder and higher not deeper. They are a prick to get to sound right. The only way to get it deeper is to go bigger at the rear, but it makes it raspy and drony.
