Coilovers for SV6

Hey guys. I've been looking into coilovers recently because I'm about to buy a sv6, just waiting for the right one. I have my eye on Pedders XA's and Tein super streets at the moment.

I know there's the HSD's but I was wondering if anyone has experience with any coilovers on their VZ or knows of any other good ones and prices.

Yesss, I've got Pedder's XA Coilovers on my SV6, And love them to death. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

$2200 Installed. $1800 for the Coilovers and $400 installation (Prob cheaper now). There are some pics in "My Ride" thread.

I was tossing up between the Tein's and Pedders aswell, and I'm glad I went with the Pedders..

Yea Kal I originally started looking at the XA's after seeing you had some in the lowering thread.
Haven't heard much feedback from any of them though so I'm a bit iffy.
I'm guessing not to many commodore owners are very keen on suspension work.

I read a review on the XA's and they were voted Aus aftermarket part of the year last year or something so I'm fairly keen on them and not a bad price either!

The super streets are next choice so far but they're well known as a very basic coilover in the import scene so I'm now not very sure how the choice goes for commodores.

Yeah I was quoted like 4K for the equivalent Tein Coilovers, which just seamed ridiculous haha.

If you wanna have a bit more of a read on the Pedders Coilovers there are quite a few really good threads on the LS1.com Forums.. Just do a search and you should be able to find them..

Yea like said in 1st post I haven't got the sv6 yet. Have the cash waiting but looking for an 05/06, blue, under 100k km's, preferably with sunroof and manual but not neccesary so hahaha I have a small market. But yea i'll keep you in mind and pm you when I get it and get the coilovers if you're still interested.
