I could not locate this VZ discussion anywhere, so apologies if there is a thread somewhere.
Just replaced the link between the front sway bar and the mounting flange on the McPherson strut on the driver's side. FE2 suspension Sept 04 build.
(The link has ball joints rather than the older type rubber bushes used in my old VT).

The replacement link looks like it is for another vehicle, perhaps the VE (?), as the mounting plates on the tie rod ends are different to the VZ unit I removed. All that excitement over, can anyone tell me the torque settings for the two 10mm retaining nuts. They have indents set in them to make them a once only usage nut (?) and are coated in that (solid lube or thread locker?) silver finish.
