sv6 no transmission dipstick??? :S

hey guys, ive had my sv6 for about 4-5 months now, and i never realised it doesnt have a dipstick to check transmission fluid wtf?? my 89' vn has one. Im servercing my car tommoro and i have no idea how to check the levels in the tran any ideas ppl??????

fully sealed unit nowdays so no dipstick

As mentioned the 5L40 box in the SV6 & Calais is a sealed unit, so no trans dipstick.

hmmmm so how would one check for fluid level? or is it something to take to a mechanic?

there is a fill and level inspection plug on the back drivers side of the gearbox

basically the same deal as changing and checking diff oil.
