Interior instrument lighting

G'day all,

ANyone know how one would go abotu changing the interior instrument backlighting from green to say red or blue? Is it something I can do myself, or no i need an auto electrician to do it for me?

you need Greg to do it ASR Audio & Electronics - Just Commodores

Their a surface mount LED and easy to stuff up. I'll be surprised if an auto eleccie will even touch them.

get greg from asr-audio too do it, marvellous work in a matter of no time. n he lets you see everything. hes done my entire car conversion blue including footwells and a/c controls n stuff.

This has only come about since one of my lights on the power windows switches has died, and i was wondering how to replace it, then wondering how to replace them all....

How hard is it to change a blown globe (or LED??) in the power windows switch. Can I do it myself?
Has anyone done a 'How To' for this?

its a soldering job i think. if you have experience you can do it yourself, but gotta b extremely careful with the holdens
