vz leaking something???

hey guys, my dads recently bought a vz executive, bout 95,000 kms, had it for roughly three weeks and last night it started to leak something, it was a VERY thin oil, like, a very watery oil? (it was almost like water, but yeah, when you rub your fingers together with it you can feel its like oil or something..) it came from the front of the engine, we had a look, cant seem to find exactly where its coming from, anyone have any ideas? thanks allot guys

Water pump! its above the crank pulley or in that general area. Its most likely the o-ring that has failed.

HAHAHAH jeeesus. -.- i just saw this and remembered about it, completely forgot the car had ever leaked anything, hahaha, we've been stumped for the last 6 months on why the car mysteriously chews through coolant, doesn't leak anything on the ground though haha, even the mechanic couldn't work it out, i'll bet it's the o ring on the pump like mentioned haha, will be looking into this, or would i be better off just replacing the whole water pump?

My VZ had a rough idle but not all the time, it didn't seem to be loosing much water either eventually found out that the heater tap was leaking water onto the coil pack.
