    Default I've found the cheapest place for holden keys!

    Hello all,

    I thought I would share some very valuable information with you all.
    If your in sydney then THESE people are the best. It cost $69 for a 3 button key inc cutting, looks great, exactly the same as what came from factory.
    They don't need your car to cut it but need it to program it, I had to program mine because i didn't have the car with me.

    Program Key method;

    1. Open car with old keys
    2. turn on car with new keys (leave on for 20 sec)
    3. turn off car, locks door to make sure it's all working.

    The level of service is very good and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Nope i have a 04 VZ worked fine, and before anyone asks no i don't work for the company lol.
    I'm using my key to start the car just fine.

    The guy said to me that they have the cheapest prices anywhere for these keys, they do other brands as well.

    Not entirely correct!!! This method only works for the FIRST reprogrammed replacement key. ( So if you lose one or need a replacement , once it is cut & has a new head it will only program that first key into the BCM using that method ) . The BCM "Remembers" it has programmed "one" replacement key & will not allow any more unless Tech2 OR a Locksmith's programmer (plugged into the diagnostic connector to "Talk" to the BCM. Its like that to safeguard the vehicle against theft , say, if someone wanted another 2 sets of keys, at once.
