Service Reminder on Dash

is there a way to somehow turn off the SERVICE ENGINE OIL reminder on the dash as my car has just been serviced ? but still comes up when u switch it off or does a Tech 2 have to get plugged in?

hold down up/down arrows(might be mode button if not these two) too while u turn key to on position. it will ask u about the service reminder just hit set and your done.

Hold both arrow keys

Turn on Ignition accessories

Let go of arrow keys after beeps

Then hit the set key until beeps

Turn off then on..

The service engine oil warning is a bit of a glitch in the computer apparently, something to do with the gto's in the US that have it on their computers or something.
