Default Service vehicle soon message sv6...

    Hey all,

I couldn't help but notice that in the last couple of days my vz has come up with "service vehicle soon" on the dash constantly.

Now this comes as a surprise considering I had it serviced not long ago... So I tried to reset it myself (the arrows while turning ignition etc). And the computer comes up with "no items" to reset...

How do i get rid of it, and if it's a problem or an error code of some sort, does that mean I've gotta take it to Holden to get it checked?...

    Any help is much appreciated

Very common issue with the VZ - probably the oil pressre sensor on the way out. You will need to get the car scanned for the error code to be sure. My local machanic that has one fixed mine in a flash. Second hand sensor was used ($70) as a new one was not available at the time.
