    Default Once Rear Wing Is Taken Off.

    hey there guys,

    i have taken my rear wing off as some of youy maybe aware, its correct that i have to get a brake light for the back parcel bay. when connecting on to the back parcel is it a hard thing to do at all ?? just thought i would ask before doing it thats all.

    Yes you will need the centre brake light. I had my parcel shelf trim out a few weeks ago & i noticed there is the connector there for the centre brake light.

    You will also find that where the light sits that part of the window is blacked out. So you'll have to find a way how to get around that.

    hmmm this seems like an interesting job to me paul.... i am gunna have to do it soon cause i have been driving around with out it on lol... which is heaps bad i know.

    took wing off yonks ago, no centre light pulled over a few times & not eveen a warnin
    but im thinkin bout riggin up an led curved one to go around the black our bit
    just somethin diff to do

    Just a quick question instead of making another thread. Does anyone know the brand or has a pic of the grommets you need to put into the holes on the boot?

    hey mate just go to an auto car parts joint,.body grommets they should have a range of sizers!!!!

    What kind of paint do you use so it doesn't flake when putting the in?

    When i removed the wing off mine, i just went to holden and bought the executive brake light. $34.00 for the whole thing, wires are already there. The black shit comes off the back window easily.
