he didnt say the speed limit, he asked the rated TOP SPEED, not illegal to ask how fast his car can go is it? I would sure like to know aswell

yeah 260 sounds right, cos the sv6 is 240

i always thought they were limited to 250 by holden anyways..i'm pretty sure the ve's are atleast not positive on the vz.

Thanks guys yeah i know my speedo goes up to 260, just wondered if it'll actually get there lol

im not sure, but you could probably work out the maths, based on gear ratio. so lets say in forth with
3.07 gears at 100kph your doing 1850rpm.
use that to work in out, factor in rev limiter, whatspeed your car changes from 3rd to 4th, etc.
