    Default Missing dash Choices

    Hi All

Just joined and looking for some info. I just bought an 05 VZ Exc and its been for ever since I have had any intentions of doing up any car but I like the VZ and want to do some things to ad the personal touch. After all for the past few years I was on the dark side in a F@#d (sorry for the fowl language) . But im back from the dark side now and looking for answers from fellow GMH nuts.

I put a new head set in the car and now it seems that im missing some of the choices in the menu eg: the auto head light, gone!

I also want to change the cluster as it looks like my nan's car when i see i'm speeding

And how hard is it to change the globes to blue as green makes me want to

    Thamks

PM Phreddy, or look in the ASR section for the dash color upgrade. He's in Penrith, so not too far from you.

Some people say a reflash of the car will replace the missing items caused by removing the head unit, or you could replace it, get low level outs, add an amp and decent speakers & you would be suprised

i tried the reflash and it didnt work - it might be worth a try if you can get holden to do it for free - fat chance of that though. some say turning off the stereo options before doing the install works but i tried that too - didnt work.

let us all know how you go.

it would be nice to get a definitive fix for this issue.
