only new to this, but a big fan!!
Just had my car checked out and found some problems :?
I do basic things by myself but i am no mechanic. So i was wondering if anyone could give me a rough estimate/ball park figure on what this might cost to repair with a mechanic in melbourne?

a little more detailed for you----------------------

1-transmission: fluid/leaks- fluid weepage evident at flywheel/body parting face areas
2-power steering- hoses,lower driver side front area- leaking
3-handbrake - excessive
4-bushes- front both split/ worn
5-water pump- lower front area - coolant corrosion evident,slight..keep under observation.
6-general engine- clean/tighten/monitor, oil wetness evident
7-valve cover area-upper/ lower pass side rear area - leaking oil onto exhaust, oil leakage evident.

8-wheel bearing-front- noise audible
(also wondering ....is this is the slightly different noise i hear at around 30-40 km/hr, not a major noise just a bit more of a vibrating noise i guess??? )

i understand you would have to see the car for a better idea, but can anyone give me a ball park figure best and worst case ??? $ ????
