hood problem

hi guys and girls of just commadores iv recently closed my hood of my vz ute to find that is does not want to be opened i think it could be jammed or sumthing wrong with the spring any suggestions as i would prefer to do it myself

Get a mate to pull and push on it while you hold the bonnet release tab. Obviously don't have the mate try n reef it up, just hard enough to help it. The locks jam on vehicle a bit when they're not lubed.
