i bought some altezza led tail lights. one side worked perfectly, but when i hook up the other side, the tail light fuse blows. we have tried the lamps in another car and they work fine. someone at work mentioned that because led's draw such a low current, u have to fit a resistor to compensate or the ecu will trip out.
anybody had this problem???
you have a short somewhere i.e. incorrect wiring or a +ative wire with a bare patch toutching metal
try hooking up the one that blows fuses on its own first

yea probibly shorting out, but i had the same problem and it messed with my cruise control and traction control. i had to get a pair of load resistors one for each side and wire them in and problem was fixed
