Hi All,
I'm new to the forums and first off I have to say thanks to all!!! I have already found a huge amount of info here. Sorry if what I'm asking is already posted somewhere, I tried searching, there's just so much
I have an issue with an SVS warning that comes up whenever I just tickle the throttle, it goes away quickly afterwards. my dealership checked on what the error code was and they say "Left bank running lean" and "Right bank running lean" now here it gets a bit complicated, they said they cannot help me because of modifications on the car. I unfortunately don't know what exactly was done as I bought it like that, what I've found is branches, free flow with the cats removed(Not illegal in SA BTW) and a Piggyback computer.
So what vie tried is the following:
Fastening and sealing the intake between the MAF and the throttle body
Cleaning the O2's with a carb cleanerI only have 2 sensors
A full service at a 3rd party centre
Having the piggyback chip remapped
Removing the chip all together
So far none of this has worked
My next plan is to replace the O2 sensors as they have about 80000kms on them but I don't know what part number or what brand GM NTK ACDelco Bocsh... any help here will be appreciated Also if anyone has any suggestions on what else I could check, the beeps are driving me insane!
I could post pics anytime just tell me of what and I'll do it. if this fails imp going to cut the buzzer wires :P
Thanks in advance !!
