vz control arm, radius/z bushes

hi all,

i need to replace these bushes, does anyone know if they are pressed in? easy to replace without vice/press in etc.

i know the front should be fine, but the rear and top control arm ones look like they are pressed in?

easy enough job on a weekend? then go get a wheel alignment?

will this kit replace all 3 bushes? the large front one, im guessing adhustable castor? and the two smaller would be for the control arm near disck brake, then the other end attaching it to chassis?

Its easier to do both bushes at the same time the rear ones are pressed in we used heat (oxy) on mine just be carefull of the linkpin as we burnt one of them so i had to replace that aswell and yes it will need a wheel alignment wen ya finished.
