Best to take it to a Holden Dealer or a Mechanic!
The Blue One
well found an empty road and did burnouts....
the problem must have solved itslef coz the abs brake fualt warning and lights went away...
Is that usual after doin butnouts paulsv6??????
for this exact reason, ppl have died, give yourself a notional uppercut, and leave wearing out your tyres to driving!
Life starts at 200km/h
every1 does them man its not like you prob havnt done them either i just felt like a bit of fun b4 new tires...
if you arnt goin answer my question man dont bother commenting impulsive
i live in the middle of no were man a cop never comes out our way unless there called for something...
i did it safe there was plenty of room no trees around just paddicks on private property a mate owns...
how can i kill myself then...
i just asked a simple question and you guyz rip my head off bout burnouts...
i thought this was ment top be a friendly site to help ppl guess not...
so is any1 goin to help or just goin to talk crap bout me doing some burnouts somewere???
Mate, i just asked a simple question, im not flaming u.
Like i said earlier if u have issue's with ur ABS just take it to a mechanic or a Holden dealer
The Blue One
when i put my skid rims on i get an abs fault i have 19s on the front and the 15s on the back change the 15s back to 19s dont have a problem dont no why but it happens haha
i have a vy 17s all round when i used to do skids it would come on but if i just rinsed the rear wheels with and did accelerated quickly dry bitumen i found it went away, and the abs worked fine.. dunno if abs has sensors but if it does ima say its soemthing to do with that, could be anything but seriously man... your best to stop with the skids especially in a nice vz im not gonna knock ya ive done it too but it doesnt take much to blow a diff cradle if you hit the gutter or smash a rim the costs just aint worth it....
so it aint ya wheelsize from my point of view
you'll get the abs warning if your brakes get too hot.
tbh i'm surprised this thread is still open with all this talk about burnouts on public roads
Chev badges are an instant fail
Dont worry about these guys man there just old farts.
Burnouts ftw! haha
Ive got a vy ute and when i cut really tight or fast nuts the light comes on for a bit maybe 30secs or so but then goes away.
I think its just sensing the car is out of control but dont really know lol
moron... people have died for doing alot lesswell found an empty road and did burnouts....
