Two Questions.

Hey two questoins first what is this pipe. Im guessing a vacume pipe of some sort. Took it to holden to get the plugs done and come back like this.



Second question is i replaced my air filter and notice a small hole the size of a ten cent piece in the bottom of the air box. Has anyone one else got this on there car. Should i seal it up as it is prob sucking in hot air from the engine bay.

from memory yes its some form of vacum pipe, and i would be going back to holdens and asking why the didn't fix it properly, electrical tape is not a real fix (hope you didn't pay good money for it)

the second one, i'm not 100% sure if my vz had it there or not, i don't think it will be sucking in any air cos it looks like its sitting flush with the metal work

its a water drain hole in the airbox leave it open

The same hose on my car has a hairline crack. I was told it's a breather hose.

My airbox doesn't have that hole, from memory.

ahhh yes it would be a drain whole as you fill the radiatior right next it and all was spill water down there. Sweet yeah will be ringing morrow to see why they didnt fix it. Thanks heaps
