    Default VZ guard scraping

Hey, tried researching this abit but couldnt really answer what i need to know.
I have a VZ acclaim, and have put some mtx 19inch rims on it, they are offset a little not sure exactly how much though,
I really would like to drop it a little, to get the guards sitting just above the rubber ideally.
I dont think guard rolling will do much as it looks like the point most likely to scrap would be the part were the wheel arch contacts the rear bar...
has anyone lowered with similar circumstances that may be able to let me no how theirs went or if there is any options to avoid scraping??
    Cheers guys

yeh im thinking that is the outcome, was told if i only lower it 20mm and put some airbags inside the coils itll be fine, prob going to cost around 800 to do this tho, is it worth it for only a 20mm drop?

Spray painter told me to grind the inside of the guard lip as opposed to rolling the guards. I did it and it is slightly better, make sure that you do a clean job tho, don't want any metal shards slicing open the sidewall of your tyre.

Cheers for the tip, Spose that'd be easier before they rolled
Rekon if I lifted it up and took springs out then just lift the wheel up into the guard that'd give me a good indication how much I need?

Would if i had the cash, if it comes to that i will.
but if i can get it to work with these that would probably be the cheapest option.
