    Default What every trunk/boot needs

I just took a look at my boot tonight and realised how much crap/old/usless stuff there was in there (like a broken umbrella) and wondered what are the absolutely NECESSITIES that every boot should have?

I'm talking about everything that would come in handy in case of emergencies like car breaking down on a highway, getting lost in a forrest etc.

I always keep a few screw drivers, few common size spanners, 12,13,15,17mm and jumper leads, bottle of water too

iv never had to use the tools on my own car yet, but come in handy when helping someone out

I keep a few tools like a shifter, screwdrivers, pliers, jumper leads, street directory, umbrella, tie down ropes, a bike pump and a two piece fishing rod and tackle in case I pass a nice bit of water and the tide is right, I'll have a few casts on the way home.
