Crewman owners manual and others

Hello people of the Commadore fraternity,just today picked up a 2005 VZ Crewman Storm,but unfortunately it did not come with any books,(Got it from a Toyota dealership),so I was wondering is there anywhere electronically I can get an owners manual and radio manual as well.
And lastly it has fog lights in the lower bumper panel....all good there,but where the bloody hell is the switch to turn them on????

Don't know about electronic copies of manuals - but 'pull' the knob of the light switch towards you with either parkers, headlights or auto selected (when it's dark of course) & it illuminates the fog lights.

You'll also have a green icon light up on your dash.
