Need a second key as I have only 1 I was wondering if the ve flip key can be cut for my vz or not and if so how much?

I don't believe so. Take a look at your VZ Key, see the small silver circle next to the bottom of the key blade? That is not there on the VE Flip Key; and as it disables the engine immobiliser on contact with the keyhole, it is necessary.
