people with MCAI please help

ok so i went to my local holden dealer after the "MCAI"
firstly there were 3 parts to buy.. the top half, the bottom half and the shroud or something like that i think..do i need all 3 or???
secondly he said the monaro air intake is exactly the same as the commodore one.
and thirdly would a k&n panel filter fit with the mcai,,
sorry this might have been covered in previous threads but jus wanted to make sure
just a little confused..
please help..

all you need is that shroud thingy. cut it to fit along with your second hole in the box and your done.
