I assume youmean the piston? it (rear) / they (front as theres 2) will go back, unless the reservoir is literally almost overflowing with brake fluid, as they sit further back in the calliper with newer meatier brakes.

Only suggestion is to pop the reservoir lid off when you do it, if not then something's wrong!

    brake pads are placed finally!!!!

But not being able to bleed the brake line. I assume there is air in the brake system and could not get it out even though i tried number of times, could not get the desired compression in the brake...

currently no brake fluid is comming out of bleeder screw.

    helpppppppppppp

How many turns did you undo the 'bleeder screw'? If sufficient, then perhaps it or the brake assembly has had water in it and created rust thus causing a blockage. In the interests of road safety, I suggest that you take your vehicle to a compotent mechanic to ensure that your have correctly replaced the pads and that the system is functioning in accordance with safety requirements. Never know, it might result in you saving someone's life - perhaps even your own !
