Alloytec Issue - Whats Happening Here?

I popped the bonnet of my 06 VZ SV6 today and noticed that one of the pipes has a leak of some sort. I am not too familiar with the more modern engines so I was hoping one of you gurus could give me an idea of what you think is the cause of this. This is the Alloytec 190, down on the drivers side of the engine, near the ABS.

Those are the heater hoses which go to the heater core in the cabin. They are quick release and can be undone using a flat screwdriver to pull the clip, then pull the hose off. Not sure what the replacement options are for the clip mechanism - ask Holden.
May need a new hose. If you take the hose off, you can see if the hose is cracked on the inside. But you would need to bleed the air out of the system when you put the hose back on.

When was the coolant last changed?

The general fix for those is to remove the pressed on clamps and put proper worm drive hose clamps on.
