How to - Replace front door window

Any advice would be great. It's electric windows (don't think it makes a difference!!)

I have:

1. removed door paned
2. removed speaker
3. removed mirror
4. removed the 2 bolts that hold front window guide.

I think I'm supposed to remove the window guide somehow but I cant figure it out!!!
Once i''ve done that

6. tilt window forwars to remove guide from the glass holder thingies
7. Remove window
